"Too tight and got itchy"
I really wanted to like this, and I’m not trying to be overly picky, but it just felt too tight on me. After wearing it for a while, it started getting itchy too, so it wasn’t very comfortable.

"Absolutely Worth Every Penny"

"Really Disappointed and Hoping This Gets Resolved"
I was disappointed with this wig. As soon as I tried it on, it felt scratchy and really cheap, not at all like what I was expecting. To make it worse, hair started falling out after just one try-on, which is definitely not okay. I don’t usually make a big deal out of things, but this feels like something that needs to be addressed because the quality is just not acceptable. I’ll be reaching out for a refund or replacement.

"Easy return and quick refund"
I had to return something it went better than I expected. I mean, the refund came through quickly, and I didn’t have to deal with any hassle from customer service. So yeah, I’m happy with how it all went

"Billed twice and brushed off"
I only placed one order, but I ended up getting charged twice. When I reached out to customer service, they just kept telling me to wait a few days like it wasn’t a big deal. Meanwhile, my money still hasn’t been returned. It felt like they weren’t really listening or taking it seriously. Super frustrating, and I don’t see myself using this site again.

At first I was actually excited because it seemed really close to what I expected. But after looking at it a bit more, I noticed it wasn’t exactly right. It’s not terrible or anything, and I don’t totally regret it, but I was hoping it would be a little more accurate. So yeah, close enough in some ways, but not exact.

"Looked fine at first, but didn’t hold up"
At first the wig looked decent and I thought it would be an easy everyday option, but it turned into more of a hassle than it should’ve been. After just a few wears it started shedding a lot and the hair got rough quickly. The fit stretched out too, which made something simple feel annoying to deal with. For the price, I really expected it to last longer. I wouldn’t buy it again

Not gonna lie, I found a few styles I really liked, but most of them were already sold out. Kind of disappointing because I would’ve ordered them if they were available.

"The order itself was totally fine, but wow…"
The order itself was totally fine, but wow, the shipping felt painfully slow. It took way longer than I expected, and the tracking updates were basically a mystery the whole time. If I needed something quickly, I don’t think I’d risk ordering again.

"Box was dented, but the wig was okay"
The box showed up with a dented corner, so I was a little worried at first and had to check everything right away. Thankfully, the wig inside was fine and didn’t seem damaged at all. I just wish the packaging had been a bit more secure for peace of mind.

When it arrived, the color didn’t look quite like I expected from the photos. It seemed a little off to me, but maybe it’s just the lighting or my screen making it look different. Overall, it wasn’t a huge deal, just not exactly what I had in mind.

"I couldn’t find much that worked for me"
I was let down by the selection on Paula Young. Maybe it’s just my taste, but a lot of the styles looked kind of outdated to me, and the colors I was hoping for were either missing or out of stock. I felt like I kept scrolling past the same few wigs again and again. I was expecting more options for different looks, but I just didn’t see much that appealed to me, so I ended up leaving without buying anything...

"Really frustrating customer service"
I had a frustrating experience trying to get help from Paula Young. I emailed and called a couple times, but kept getting bounced around and never got a clear answer. The replies felt like they were just copy/pasted, and it didn’t seem like anyone actually read what I was asking. After a while I just gave up trying to get it fixed. I wouldn’t order from them again, which is dissapointing

"I ordered a wig in one color and…"
I ordered a wig in one color and somehow received a completely different one. The weird part is the packing slip had the correct order on it, so I don’t know how they messed it up. Customer service took forever to respond, and then they still expected me to go through the hassle of returning it. It’s so frustrating when you wait for something and it shows up totally wrong. I really wish I had read the reviews first because I definitely regret ordering.

"Catalogs kept coming after I tried to opt out"
I never actually bought anything from them, I was just trying to stop the catalogs and emails from showing up. But they kept coming anyway, and after a while it started to feel a little pushy. The sale messages were confusing too, like I couldn’t really tell what the deal was supposed to be. For me, the whole experience made me think about how much the follow-up matters, even if you’re just browsing. It didn’t leave the best impression.

"Not worth the hassle"
The wig wasn’t really what I thought it would be, so I figured I’d just swap it out. Nope, that whole exchange situation was slow and kind of all over the place. Then I had to pay to ship the thing back, which was annoying. Customer service did reply, but they weren’t exactly useful. I probably won’t order from them again unless I’m 100% sure about what I’m getting

"I was happy with how easy this wig…"
I was happy with how easy this wig was to brush out and shape. It didn’t take long at all, which was nice because I was expecting more work. I checked my order email/receipt to make sure I got the right one, and everything matched up. The only reason I’m giving it one star off is because there was a little frizz, but overall it still looked good

"Decent products but the site is a pain"
I do like some of the products but using the website was annoying. The pages loaded slow for me and the filters did not always narrow things down the way I expected. The photos were fine but getting around the site felt clunky. I had to keep clicking back and forth just to compare wigs. Checkout was okay not awful but not exactly smooth either. It works I guess but it could be a lot easier and nicer to use.
